Delivery Time

Delivery within Germany: 1–3 days. Abroad: 5–7 days. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays. If you ordered items with different delivery times, the shipment will be made together based on the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed.

Refusal of Acceptance

If a customer refuses to accept delivery, we reserve the right to exclude them from certain payment methods or further deliveries. Costs such as shipping and return fees will be borne by the customer.
